Who are Strength & Soul Studio?
Located in the beautiful surroundings of Lopemede Farm, near Thame, Oxfordshire, our studio is a peaceful sanctury providing you with the space and the expertise to invest in your body and mind. With parking directly outside, a place to stop for coffee or lunch after class or a haybale to perch on to take in the view, our studio offers the perfect setting for wellbeing.
We offer beginner friendly classes & more advanced classes in both our Reformer Pilates classes and our Weights classes.
We believe in quality coaching and small group classes of max 6 people.

OUR REFORMER PILATES, BARRE & STRETCH CLASSES

NEW TO REFORMER
This beginner friendly class is designed to introduce you to the magic of the reformer in a way that feels safe, supportive and seriously empowering. You'll learn proper alignment, how to move with the machine and the key pilates principles that build strength and stability.
Expect slow intentional movement, lots of guidance from your instructor and plenty of options so you can work at your own pace.

FORM & FLOW
A low impact session, suitable for beginners, introducing the fundamentals of movements on the reformer at a slower pace, focusing on proper breathing, core engagement, alignment and control. A low impact way to build strength, flexibility and posture.

STRENGTH & CORE
Mixed Ability / Intermediate class. Elevate your practice in a class designed to bridge the gap between foundations and advanced reformer work. Combining class principles and modern techniques.

JUMP!
Jump Board Reformer Pilates combines the core strength of Pilates with an added cardio element. Using the jump board attachment this class incorporates low impact, high energy jumping movements that improve cardiovascular fitness, co-ordination and lower body strength.

DYNAMIC
Dynamic Reformer is a faster paced workout using the Pilates Reformer machine. It blends classical principles with contemporary strength training for a fluid, intense session that elevates heart rate, builds strength and endurance, burns calories and improves overall conditioning through flowing movements and increased resistance. This is great for individuals seeking a challenging, full body workout.

MUMS & BABIES
Our Postnatal Reformer Pilates Mums & Babies class is a supportive, mixed-ability session designed to help you gently rebuild strength after pregnancy. We focus on core and pelvic floor recovery, posture, and full-body toning in a calm, welcoming space.
Babies are welcome to come along before they’re crawling, so you can move, connect, and take some time for yourself — without worrying about childcare.
Come as you are. Leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more like you.

STRETCH & FLOW
A mat class focused on stretching all the major muscle groups, gently flowing from one movement to the next. The class is designed to help participants release tension, improve mobility and unwind. Expect to leave feeling fully stretched, relaxed and calm, with both body and mind reset.

ESSENCE
Essence is where your strength story begins. This foundational class focuses on form, alignment and controlled movement patterns to build confidence under load. You'll learn the key principles and movements for lifting weights.
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their fundamentals.

SCULPT
Scuplt builds on foundations with intentional challenge. The intermediate class is progressive strength training, increasing load, developing muscular endurance whilst maintaining form.
Designed for clients comfortable with foundational lifts and ready to progress.

IGNITE
Dynamic and powerful, this class pushes intensity. Expect heavier lifts and conditioning designed to challenge both strength and stamina.
This will have you lifting with confidence, moving with authority and finishing stronger than when you started.
